Therapeutic Support for Insight, Growth, and Meaningful Change

What is Past Life Depth Therapy (PLDT)?
PLDT is essentially based on regression therapy, so let's start there. Regression therapy is a distinct therapeutic approach of journeying back to earlier life events to uncover the root of a current psychological issue. While many forms of therapy involve some degree of looking back, regression therapy specifically utilizes a focused blend of hypno- and psycho-therapeutic methods considered most effective for this purpose. A key aspect is its particular emphasis on engaging with transpersonal experiences, i.e., those that extend beyond the usual personal or individual self.
This therapy is often termed 'past life regression' when a client's narrative includes what they perceive as past life memories. Crucially, the therapeutic goal is not to validate or disprove these historical accounts. Instead, regression therapy harnesses the client's own interpretation of the story as a potent metaphor, facilitating a profound transpersonal experience intended for healing and resolution. Furthermore, when the source of a client's psychological distress lies in traumatic events, the therapy incorporates techniques for body memory transformation.

Why Past Life Depth Therapy (PLDT)?
In a word, this form of therapy can heal deep emotional and psychological wounds -- expeditiously!
In PLDT the client experiences a dream-like state in which access to past life information and events occurs. Think of it as 'inner theater' in which characters play out scenes that have deep emotional significance to the dreamer. The story unfolding in that inner theater, and the characters walking on that inner stage, uncannily parallel one's current life. This dream-like state bypasses limitations of the cognitive mind, and directly connects to inner abilities unavailable in ordinary states of mind for healing and change.
PLDT has a generous transformation toolkit. Specialized therapeutic tools are applied to the characters, situations, and lines of action in the unfolding story of the past life, typically flipping the script from negative to positive. Remarkably, those changes have powerful ripple effects into the client's current life, healing and transforming even deep emotional and psychic wounds, dissolving one's current life issues in sometimes surprisingly rapid ways.

What to expect during a PLDT session?
There is a lot that happens, and expectations help to set the tone. I will send out a questionnaire and a bit of homework to help set the tone, and we will first go over that information. This session is about what you need.
We typically set aside around 3 to 4 hours, divided roughly into four parts. First, we go over your intention, what issue you would like to address. Next, the induction into your past life experience, focusing initially on navigating through that life, getting the story, the persons, places, and events. Then, while still in the altered state, we work with various transformation tools that promote deep understanding and healing shifts around any difficult areas of that life. Last, after emerging from the altered state, we go over your experience in ways designed to promote integration of your experience.
